Limousine Service in Italy (L.S.I.) provides the platform that offers private tours and transfers in all over Italy. Our customers can use our website
(www.limousineserviceinitaly), email addresses (limousineserviceinitaly@gmail.com, info@limousineserviceinitaly.com) or mobile phone numbers (+393388227700, +393385968267) to receive detailed information about all our services. By using or accessing the Services, by booking a Product you
agree to be bound by these Terms of Use without modification, and you represent that you have read and understood them. In all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use on behalf of all the persons named in the Booking.
Privacy
In order to confirm the reservations received our office will always ask for the customer’s name, surname, mobile phone number and email. Limousine Service in Italy, aware of the importance of your privacy, protects and does not release third parties any information received (We will never sell your information). After one month from your last service your information will be automatically deleted from our system.
Payment
Our customers can purchase most of the services offered on our website (www.limousineserviceinitaly) by Credit Card using the Shopping Cart on each page of each specific tour or transfer. The customer can request an additional service not listed on our website, to customize the tour or transfer, and request the cash or bank transfer payment. The payments are processed in collaboration with our realiable partners as Bookingkit and Sumup, a specialized platforms in payment solutions. All Rates are in Euros. The price of each product will be quoted on a per-person basis, unless otherwise specified. Prices include local taxes, port charges, park fees, gasoline. Prices do not include tickets unless otherwise specified.
Tickets
Tickets purchased by L.S.I. for its customers are non-refundable in all circumstances. The cost of the tickets will be subtracted from any refunded service which involves the purchase of entrance tickets for any attraction. Admission tickets purchased on your behalf will always be charged 100%.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy allows you to cancel a booking up to 2 days before the start time of the service. We ask you to provide us with any changes requested for your booking as soon as possible in order to guarantee the quality standard of the service.
100% refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience (Italian Time Zone).
We (L.S.I.) are not responsible for any circumstances out of our control that prohibits any service (example: closure of the Museums/Attractions/Sites/Churches due to unannounced reasons, natural disaster etc.). We will reimburse all those services that for unexpected reasons prevent the proper performance of the service itself.
Admission tickets purchased on your behalf will always be charged 100%. Shore Excursions: If the ship is not able to dock in the port for reasons out of your control L.S.I. will refund 100% (Admission tickets excluded) of the price paid for the service. You will be always charged 100% for any tickets purchased on your behalf. Arrival by Flight: If you service starts immediately after your arrival at the airport please be aware that the cancellation policy will apply for changing, delays or missing flights.
