The Gallery was initially built by the architect Giorgio Vasari in the middle of the 16th Century to hold offices (Uffizi in Italian) for the Florentine Lordship, later on transformed into one of the oldest museums in Europe.

Meet your Tour-Guide just outside the Uffizi Gallery to start your early morning walking tour. You are required to be at the entrance of the Uffizi Museum not later than 07:45 AM.
Meet your guide at 7:30AM at your hotel, B&B or private apartment if it’s not far from the Uffizi (downtown Florence). Otherwise you can meet your guide directly outside the Museum.
